GVNKA & Associates, is a firm duly registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ("ICAI"), established by a team of Chartered Accountants with offices in Amritsar, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Ludhiana. We provide a wide range of financial solutions and services in the areas of Audit and Assurance, Taxation, Corporate Advisory Services, Financial Process Outsourcing and Business Set up services.

Prashanth Vellanki
Prashanth is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has an honors degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, a diploma in Information systems audit from ICAI and Certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA (UK) .
Prior to being one of the founding members of ProLead, he has worked with Grant Thornton, a leading financial advisory firm. He was part of their Audit and Assurance team, based in Bangalore where he handled a multitude of listed and unlisted clients.
